Privacy Policy — PGMNT

PGMNT ("the app", "we", "us") is a miniature‑painting log that lets you record projects, models, painting sessions, paint records, and photos, and sync them across your devices. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account or sign in, we process your email address. You can sign in with email and password, with Google, or with Apple. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we receive Apple's private‑relay address rather than your real one.

Your content. The data you create in the app — projects, models, sessions, notes, paint records, and the photos you capture or attach (work‑in‑progress, reference, and cover images) — is stored on your device and, when sync is enabled and you are signed in, synced to our backend so it is available across your devices.

Device permissions. With your permission, the app accesses your camera and photo library so you can capture or attach images. These are used only to add images to your content; we do not access your photos for any other purpose.

We do not collect analytics, use advertising, or include third‑party advertising or tracking SDKs.

How your data is stored and shared

Your account and synced content are stored using Supabase (our hosting, database, storage, and authentication provider), which processes this data on our behalf. Access is restricted to your own account through row‑level security. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

We use Google and Apple solely to authenticate Sign in with Google / Sign in with Apple. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Feedback. If you send feedback through the in‑app feedback form, your responses are collected and processed by Google via Google Forms on our behalf. Sharing your email in that form is optional and is used only to reply to you. Please don't include passwords or other sensitive personal information in your feedback.

We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention and your choices

• Your content remains until you delete it or request account deletion.
• You can export your data from the app at any time.
• Deleting the app removes the local copy on that device; data already synced remains in your account until deleted.
• You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your account and all of your data — projects, sessions, photos, and paints — from your devices and from our cloud, and cannot be undone. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
